Very few could point out its credibility, but most people would overlook such trivial things when a masterpiece manga is to be picked up by a company, especially a company like Netflix. The news was everywhere on Instagram and Twitter. The fans went “berserk” over the news, not knowing that they were click baited.
Berserk is an action horror anime licensed by Funimation and Crunchyroll. It is a two-season long with 12-episodes each. It is based on the manga named “Berserk” by Kentaro Miura. The story revolves around Guts, who has been destined a gruesome fate and is destined to be killed by the demons, he embarks on a journey to defy such a fate. He picks up his sword, DragonSlayer, and is determined to exact revenge on the one responsible for this, the man he once looks upon and considered as a friend. He encounters some peculiar allies, a small elf named Puck, and Isidro, a small thief, wanting to learn swordsmanship from the mercenary. As they join Guts on his journey, they now have to face incredible danger, unlike anything they have experienced before. The anime ended with the Second Season, but the manga is running. Although the writer does take some long breaks, we can assure you that the author works regularly on it. The end of the second season did say that “The Story Continues”, hence there is some hope for the Third Season of berserk.
